**LICENSE AGREEMENT**
(Please read before using the program)!

1. USE. NAFFA International, Inc. (NAFFA) and the International Code Council (ICC) hereby grants you a nonexclusive license to use this computer software on a single computer (under the Single-User License Agreement) or on a network with unlimited users on ONE site (under the Multi-User License Agreement). If the Software is stored on a computer other than a network server, you may also use the Software on your home and/or laptop computer. The license may not be assigned or transferred by you without written consent of ICC. ICC may terminate this license if you are in default of any terms or conditions, and you must return the original software to ICC.

2. COPYRIGHT. The program was developed and is owned by NAFFA. It is exclusively licensed to the International Conference of Building Officials and is protected by United States copyright laws, trade secret statutes, and international treaty provisions. NAFFA and ICC retain all rights not expressly granted. Other portions and references are subject to copyright ownership of other organizations or entities. You may not delete or alter any copyright notices in the software. The IRC is a copyright product of ICC.

**You shall not alter the Licensed Software. Altering any of the source code of this program may cause the program to halt, crash or otherwise adversely affect its usability and operation. Unauthorized reproduction of any sort, posting on the internet or resale of this product and materials is strictly prohibited by law. All trademarks, reference and product names used or referred to are the property of their respective owners.

3. DISCLAIMER. International Conference of Building Officials and NAFFA International, nc., (NAFFA), the software developer, make no warranty or representation, either expressed or implied, with respect to this software, or its content, quality, performance, marketability or fitness for a particular purpose. You, the licensee, are assuming the entire risk as to its content,  quality, and performance. In no event will ICC and/or NAFFA be liable for any software or data used with this product, including the costs of recovering said programs or data. The user is strongly advised to consult and verify the included data with the actual code language of the published and adopted codes and standards before relying entirely on the text, comments and sketches contained in the database.

4. APPLICABLE LAWS. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States, including patent and copyright laws.
