- Nonresidential Plans Examiner: An exciting opportunity
for a challenging plans examiner position- full time or part time-
working on nonresidential, mixed-use and multifamily projects (life-safety,
M/P/E,
accessibility,
energy
and structural).
Customer service and communication skills are essential for this position along
with proven track record
of problem-solving and
assisting
applicants
and designers through the plan review process. 4 references for character,
customer-service and technical knowledge will be required. Minimum 5 years
experience as nonresidential plans examiner and ICC certified as Building
Plans
Examiner. An architectural or engineering degree or registration is a plus.
